Hey, Cuomo: What about those jobs?

20 September 2020 by DSR

“Sept 22, 2020. Chautauqua County NY. Cassadaga Wind project filmed mostly from September 1 to September 21, 2020 at Cassadaga Wind construction sites in towns of Charlotte and Cherry Creek and at the base of operations on Rt 60 south of Cassadaga. Industrial wind is foisted on rural communities with the promise of local jobs. The destruction of environment and the negative economic and health effects are the consequences – more energy is expended manufacturing,, transporting, assembling and disposing of turbines than is ever created in their lifetimes. Each turbine: 900 tons of steel, 2500 tons of concrete, 45 tons of plastic and countless loads of gravel, equipment, cement, fuel, rebar, water, swamp matts, crane parts and counterweights, electrical cable by the ton, giant utility poles for 47 miles of “power” gathering, using immense quantities of diesel fuel. Cuomo’s energy scam will increase energy costs and do nothing but further harm the environment. The whole scam is motivated by the sale of “green” credits on Wall Street not the creation of energy.”
